How to reset password?

  1. Go to http://www.propnet.my/member/reset-password.php
  2. Type your email address.
  3. Click Reset Password button. A new password will be emailled to you. Please check your mailbox.

How to change password?

  1. Go to http://www.propnet.my/member/sign-in.php
  2. Type your email address & password.
  3. Click Sign In button. You will be signed in to the Member Panel.
  4. Click Member Profile from the member menu.
  5. Type your new password twice at the Password & Password Again field.
  6. Click Update Profile. You password will be immediately changed & you can use the new password to sign in future.

Cannot upload image?

Only .jpg/ .jpeg, .gif & .png images are allowed. The image size should not be more than 1MB/ 1,000KB. If possible keep the resolution low (less than 1024x1024). If you have a large image follow the steps below to compress it.

  1. Download image resizing tool from Microsoft website.
  2. Install the tool by executing the .exe file.
  3. Click the image that you would like to resize and right click to choose Resize Pictures using the mouse.
  4. Choose any size from the option. All the given sizes will work with Propnet website.
  5. Now try upload the new image file created.
